Through my travels, I've shot portraits all over the world. In my photos, I work to capture real moments and honest emotions. I search for subjects with unique facial features. Shot in both color and black and white, these images function as a window into understanding not only the subject, but ourselves.
The Red Fort, or Lal Qila, is more than a monument — it’s the beating heart of Delhi’s history. Built in 1648 by Emperor Shah Jahan, this UNESCO World Heritage Site was the seat of Mughal power for over 200 years. Its towering walls, intricate pavilions, and sprawling courtyards are silent witnesses to coronations, invasions, and the first echoes of India’s independence.
On the day of this shoot, the fort’s sandstone glowed warm against a sky painted with shining nightlight. From the grandeur of the Lahori Gate to the delicate patterns of Diwan-i-Khas, every corner revealed a dialogue between strength and artistry.
